Tutoring                                                 $45 hour min. 2 hrs

Want to learn more about the computer, the operating system, software or applications?  Maybe you want to learn how to email, surf the web or even learn how to install your own memory, hard disk or DVD Drive. 2 hours and you're on your way, and that's even if you have never touched a computer.

In House Diagnostics                                            $25 flat

Just don't know what it is? Tried everything you could think of, asked a friend or co-worker, and then checked the internet from your old computer?  Bring it in, $25. 

 In House Service                                                  $55 hour

 Drop it off for service and pick it up at your convenience.

Service Call                                          $50 up to 30 minutes

You have no idea what it is, you just want it fixed but you don't need to spend a fortune or drop it off for a week. A speedy service call will let you know if its worth investing the money or if you should just replace it and move up.

On -Site Service                                  $100 hour up to 3hrs*

You know the problem, or you think you know the problem, or you just need your system cleaned up. New all in one printer combination? Maybe you would like a new DVD Burner installed, memory upgrade or wireless network configured.

New Computer Set-Up & 1 Hour Tutoring              $130 flat

Purchase a new computer? Now what? We'll set up your new workstation, internet connection if pre-existing, plus an hour of tutoring.¹

Complete System Restoration                             $150 flat

Includes all windows updates, all driver updates, virus and spy-ware installation, adobe, a system restore checkpoint and any other software contained in your recovery pack.  Includes back up of email, favorites/bookmarks, pictures, music, and any other documents or saved games.

Data Recovery                                         $25 diagnosis

Price is determined by the amount of material to be recovered.  All files will be scanned for virus's and spy-ware before being recovered and placed on CD or DVD.

Web Design                                                     $60 hour

No charge for photos or additional pages. Flat rate per hour. A 5 page website takes an average of 1.5 to 2 hours. Any work or photos submitted by customers will be accepted. No set-up fees. 

On-Site Preventative Maintenance Service Plans Available            Starting at $300 a year**

Consists of a thorough cleaning of the entice PC, including keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitor and tower. Plus the inside of the tower and any other peripherals with electronic cleaning products. Disk clean up, obsolete start-up program deletion, system restore point, and disk compression if necessary. Along with any printers or other peripherals. Spy-ware check, set up for a defrag and scan disk upon departure.

There is never charge for travel time, mileage or tolls.

**$100 for each additional computer up to 6 then after $60 for each additional computer.

*Anything over 3 hours will have a rate reduction to $60 per hour.
